Manufacturing to Your Requirements
We manufacture surgical, dental, and specialist medical instruments to customer-defined specifications, working from technical drawings, samples, existing product references, or detailed product requirements.
Our capabilities extend from reusable instrumentation to precision-machined components and selected orthopaedic and fixation products, allowing us to support a broad range of medical manufacturing requirements.
Each project is reviewed against the intended function, material, dimensions, tolerances, finish, and other critical characteristics before production begins. Where required, we can also support prototyping, product refinement, and sample development prior to manufacture.

From Concept to Production
Custom manufacturing often requires more than reproducing a drawing. The product must be technically understood, manufacturable, and capable of being reproduced consistently once approved.
We work through the relevant design and production considerations with the customer, refining specifications where necessary and establishing the appropriate manufacturing processes for the product.
Following sample evaluation and approval, the agreed specification becomes the basis for ongoing production, providing a clear route from initial development to repeat manufacture.
Compliance
Our manufacturing facility is accredited in accordance with the stringent globally recognised quality assurance standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC.
Our instruments are CE-marked and include 2D Data Matrix (UDI) markings in compliance with the most recent European and US regulatory requirements. Our instruments are further supported by relevant documentation, including EC Declarations of Conformity and Instructions for Use (IFU).
